The Washington Hospital Center Gynecologic Oncology Attending Staff
Charles Boice, M.D.
Dr. Boice is a graduate of Loma Linda University School of Medicine. He completed his residency training at the University of Southern California Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in general surgery at the City of Hope Medical Center, Duarte, CA, and with M.D. Anderson Hospital and Cancer Institute, Houstin, TX. He is a well-established senior staff Gynecologic Oncologist and is in private practice with Capital Women’s Care with privileges at several area hospitals. He sees patients at the Cancer Institute at Washington Hospital Center approximately two days per week.
Dr. Boice is involved in the clinical training and surgical supervision of fellows during their participation in the care of his patients. He has participated in trials of chemotherapeutic agents, presented abstracts related to these studies to gynecologic oncology societies and organizations, and to other organizations dedicated to advancing treatment modalities for gynecologic malignancies.
